Thanks for the list. It is good to note that “royalty free” does not mean the initial purchase is free. There are, however, sites that offer “free royalty free” images. As I was looking into royalty free images and how they work I stumbled onto this page that tells about the different types of royalty free images and what each license type means, it is very helpful to make sure you are in the clear when using royalty free images.
